This Privacy Agreement ("Agreement") is provided by getmanage.app (operating the Service in Hong Kong, "we", "us", or "our") and explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) ("PDPO") when you use our web application (the "Service") for booking management. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described.

- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password when you create an account.
- Booking Information: Service type, date, time, and service provider details related to appointments.
- Payment Information: Payment details processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers.
- Admin Portal Data: Business details, availability schedules, and other information provided by service providers.
Non-Personal Information
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.
- Cookies: We use cookies to remember preferences and improve experience. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may be affected.

We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including booking processing and account management).
- Communicate with you (confirmations, reminders, support).

- We implement industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and secure storage in MariaDB.
- No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Deletion: Request account deletion by contacting us (subject to legal retention requirements).

- Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from non-essential emails via the unsubscribe link.
- Cookies: Manage preferences in your browser.

- We retain data as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.
- Booking and payment records may be kept longer for accounting and dispute resolution.

Your data is primarily processed in Hong Kong, but may be transferred outside for hosting or third-party services. We take reasonable steps (including contractual safeguards) to ensure equivalent protection.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Agreement. Changes will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
