Welcome to Manage (the "Service"), operated by getmanage.app in Hong Kong. The Service enables small and medium-sized enterprises and sole proprietorship service providers (e.g., barbers, beauticians, massage therapists) to manage customer bookings. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Permitted Use

  • The Service may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You agree not to use the Service to violate laws, infringe rights, or transmit harmful content.
2. Bookings and Payments
  • Platform Role: The Service is a technology platform that connects clients with independent service providers. We do not provide the booked services ourselves and are not responsible for the quality, safety, timeliness, or legality of services performed by providers.
  • Bookings: Appointments are subject to provider availability and confirmation. Providers set their own pricing, schedules, cancellation, and no-show policies.
  • Cancellations & No-Shows: Any fees for late cancellation or no-show are determined and enforced solely by the service provider.
  • Payments: Transactions are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). You authorize charges according to the provider’s policies and any applicable Service fees.
3. Intellectual Property
  • All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, provided through the Service is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
4. Termination
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
5. Limitation of Liability
  • The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service (including missed appointments, unsatisfactory services, or disputes with providers).
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  • Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
7. Changes to These Terms
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
